a 1,200 acre private non-profit conservation property located in the heart of the
Bitterroot Valley. Founded in 1988, The Teller's mission is to inspire, educate

of The Teller, but you are also helping to further its unique conservation mission.
The Teller seeks to promote conservation awareness and working partnerships that
reach beyond its borders, while setting an example for responsible land conservation
and management.
The Slack, Chaffin and Burroughs historic farm houses are all located on the edge
of The Teller's 880 acre main property, just on the outskirts of Corvallis, Montana.
Spacious screened porches and decks invite you to sit and enjoy that first cup of
coffee, a good book, or the sweeping views of the Bitterroot and Sapphire Mountains.
Otto's Cabins are located approximately 7 miles south of Hamilton, Montana on the
famed Bitterroot River. They are among the very few rental cabins in the area where
you can walk out your front door and experience legendary fly fishing for miles
in either direction.
These charming historic farm houses and rustic cabins will provide lifelong memories
for your group and are sure to keep you dreaming about returning for years to come.
As a charitable non-profit organization, The Teller invites all lodging guests to
consider making a donation of at least 15% of their total lodging costs to support
programs and projects that maintain and enhance Teller lands.
