Pheasant Run

The Pheasant Run home is located 5 miles southeast of the town of Hamilton in the scenic Arrow Hill area.  The home features terrific views of the valley as well as the Bitterroot and Sapphire mountains.  The location is perfect if you don’t want to be too far from town but still want to enjoy a spacious, rural setting. And if you are a golfer, you will only be a couple of minutes from the Hamilton Golf Club.

**The House**

This Montana home is sure to please your group. It’s one level design, comfortable furniture, and open floor plan is just right for a vacation rental, and it has all the amenities you’ll need to fully enjoy your stay in the Bitterroot!

The home features four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms on one level. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and a full bath with a jetted tub.  A second bedroom provides a queen sized bed while two more bedrooms each feature a single twin bed.  The second full bath and the half bath are both conveniently located just steps away from the guest bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has lots of room for your group with extra counter space and a dining nook with great views of the surrounding mountains.

A gas fireplace will keep you warm on those crisp Montana evenings after your day of adventure or after enjoying the peaceful setting from one of the two decks.

**The Property**

The home is located on 5 acres and is fully landscaped with lots of lawn for the kids to play. You’ll enjoy the spacious feel of the area as other homes are located on large parcels as well and there is plenty of space between them.

**Pets**

Dogs are considered on a case by case basis, and if allowed a non-refundable $50 pet fee will be charged.

**Minimum Stay**

The minimum stay requirement at this property is 2 nights.
