**The Ranch**
This historic ranch is located in the scenic East Fork area of the Bitterroot River, just steps from one of Montana's premier fishing rivers. You will have over a mile of world class fly fishing all to yourself along with 150 acres of complete privacy.
**The Red Farm House**
A truly unique red farm house features three bedrooms on two levels. The upper level is a huge master suite with a queen sized bed along with a bonus full sized bed. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, with one bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and the other featuring twin bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms in the home, one on each level.
The fully equipped kitchen is quite spacious and provides plenty of room to prepare and serve meals for your large group. The adjacent dining area and great room sit below huge vaulted ceilings that create a wonderful open atmosphere to share your meals or to gather and share stories of your days in Montana.
**The Ranch House**
The historic ranch house boasts 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a full bed, and one with twin sized bunk beds. The ranch house has 1.5 bathrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen. The charming home features a large family room with pool table and plenty of room for your group to relax.
**The Property**
The 150 acre ranch boasts pristine pastures and views of the surrounding mountains that you will never forget. People that visit the East Fork area are hooked for life and come back year after year.
This area is loaded with wildlife and lots of opportunities for hiking, fishing and exploring the best of what Montana has to offer. The private fishing access is exceptional and provides some of the best fly fishing water you may ever have a chance to fish, and you will have it all to yourself!
This is a golden opportunity for your small or large group to experience one of the most unique vacation rental properties anywhere in Montana!
For groups of 8 or less, the ranch can be rented along with the red farm house for $300 per night plus taxes and fees. For groups larger than 8 you can add the historic ranch house to your reservation for an additional charge of $200 per night plus tax. For online bookings you will be charged 50% of the red farm house only price to create the reservation. Please call to notify us of your intention if you wish to add the ranch house to your reservation and we'll adjust the pricing accordingly.
**Pets**
Dogs are considered on a case by case basis, and if allowed a non-refundable pet fee will be added to your reservation.
**Minimum Stay**
The minimum stay requirement at this property is 3 nights.
